FAQ’S REGARDING ENGRAVED PLATES:

 

Q. Where is my engraved plate?

 

A. - All engraved plates are mailed to you separately via US mail in a different mailing package. They are mailed to the “ship to” address that you provided in your order.  The engraved plate is NOT inside the box with your Unity Cross.  There may be a blank plate inside some of the boxes, they are provided for the customers who did not order an engraved plate.

 

 

Q. I received my Unity Cross, when will I receive my engraved plate?

 

A. - All engraved plates are mailed separately to you in a different package than your Unity Cross.  You should receive your engraved plate within about 2 weeks after your order.

  

 Q. If it has been longer than 2 weeks since I placed my order and I have not  received the engraved plate, what should I do?

 

A. - If you have already received your Unity Cross and have not received the engraved plate, please email us at csr@unitycross.com

Please include your Order# and/or  the name on the order, so that we can look into the details and then contact you.

 

 Q. How many characters will fit on each engraved line?

 

A. - You may type up to 35 characters per line on the engraved plate. 

This includes spaces and punctuation.   We engrave exactly what you type, please double check for correct spelling and proper punctuation.

 

Q. Is our wedding date automatically engraved on our engraved plate?

 

A. - No, we ask for your wedding date on the order form for logistical and timing reasons only.

 

Q. What is the difference in the block and the script font?

 

 A. - The name of the script font we use is “Lucida Calligraphy”, it looks like this:

 

                               Michael and Barbie

 

 A. - The name of the block font we use is “MingLiU”, it looks like this:

Q. How do I attach the Engraved plate?


        A. - The plate has an adhesive on the back that will adhere to the base of the Unity Cross.

 

 

FAQ’S REGARDING SHIPPING and DELIVERY TIME

 

  

Q. When will my Order ship?

          A. - Most orders placed before 12 Noon Central Time ship the same day. Orders received after 12 Noon Central Time will ship on the next business day.

 

                   Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information included.


Q. How long does the shipping transit time take?

 

A. - All items ship from California.  The further away you live from California, the longer it will take for delivery.


“Standard” shipping usually arrives within 14 working days.


“Expedited” shipping guarantees that a delivery attempt will be made within 7 working days from the actual ship date.

           

“3-4 Day” shipping guarantees that a delivery attempt will be made within 3 to 4 working days from the actual ship date.

 

“2-3 Day” shipping guarantees that a delivery attempt will be made 2 to 3 working days from the actual ship date.


“Overnight” shipping guarantees that a delivery attempt will be made the next working day from the actual ship date if “Overnight” delivery is offered in your area.


“Saturday” delivery is an option on "Overnight" shipments only and if UPS delivers on Saturday in your area.

 

“International” shipping is available.

 

For Canadian orders we recommend UPS as the carrier of choice.

 

For all other International orders, we recommend the “Flat Rate International Priority Mail” option offered during checkout.

Q. Can I order more Unity Cross story cards?

Q. Why won’t my coupon code work?

 

A. - Only coupons received from the Unity Cross via email specials are valid for use during the allowed time that they are active.  To receive Unity Cross emails, register on our website.  Click here

 

 

Q. Can I find the Unity Cross in stores?

 

A. - Yes.  Click here.

 

 

Q. What are the business hours for the Unity Cross?

 

A. - The Unity Cross business hours are:

Monday-Friday , 9am-6pm Central time

 

Saturday and Sunday- email is monitored by our weekend staff and will respond accordingly or on our next business day. Phone messages left over the weekend are also monitored and are responded to accordingly or on the next business day.
